  • After enrollment, what is the process to start the course?
    Upon course commencement, the candidate needs to start the curriculum within 5 days if the candidate fails to log in within 5 days, eKalam Team will get in touch to resolve any concerns and help them to initiate the program.
  • Can I apply for Cancellation & Will I get my Fee Refund?
    Yes, you can apply for the cancellation and the payment refund will be made however, there are certain factors based on which it will be done. The Refund will only process if the request is placed within 7 days of Registration. The payment will be refunded after deducting applicable taxes i.e., Net Program Fee.
  • If a program is purchased in Hindi medium, can it be switched to English medium?
    Yes, it can be done however, the candidate shall send a written request/ mail can be sent to customer care.

  • In the case of candidate Queries relating to subjects, what features is ekalam offering to candidates?
    To solve Queries we have, • Individual Voice Call (1:1) for 90 minutes/ Week • Individual Video Call (1:1) for 45 minutes/ Week • Individual Message Chat (1:1) – No Limit (Timings will be 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday) • eKalam’s Discussion Forum • eKalam’s Group Chat etc.
  • What should I do in case of any errors I face while logging in or accessing the program?
    There are many first-level checkpoints to ensure that your program runs seamlessly on Mobile Application or Website or Laptop/Desktop: • Check the Mobile Internet Connection. • Check your Mobile Internal Memory or Android Version. • Update the eKalam Mobile Application. • Clean the CACHE & COOKIES from the mobile device.
